Nintendo Okie Podcast - Episode 121

Last week’s was a short show.  While I felt the quality (or lack thereof) made up for the quantity, some may have felt cheated.  If such is the case then this week will be your absolution as we have a whopping two and a half hour show.  The normal podcast crew is joined by Jools Watsham from Renegade Kid.  Things you can expect from this episode; video games, OVGE aftermath, too much fooding, Japanese reasons for divorce, subliminal messaging and a stuff that came out of the last Nintendo Direct thingy.

Episode 121
Hosts: Tony, Shelby, Micah, Shannon, Jools
Run Time: 2:35:14

If you want to know more about Bomb Monkey, you can follow Jools on Twitter or check out the Renegade Kid website.  If you want to win games, you should listen to The Question Block.  If you want to use Facebook, go here.  If you are already on Twitter, follow this link.  If you like moving pictures go to this web page.  If you like to talk to people but don’t want to see their faces, try out our forum.

Nintendo Okie Podcast - OVGE 2012

Just like last year, we want to give y’all a little taste of OVGE.  So once again I shove my phone into peoples’ faces and record what they have to say; thanks to all of you – Jesse, Tony, Micah, Shannon, Will, Daniel, Greg, Chris, Katy, Tanner, Sok, Rachel, that dude from okgamers.com, another Katy, Nathan (The Gameanater), Kyle, Jordan and anyone else I forgot to mention.  This show is such a blast every year and it just keeps getting better.  This is the only time the podcast has cruddy audio quality and I don’t mind so hopefully y’all enjoy it.

OVGE 2012
Hosts: Tony, Shelby, Micah, Shannon, and a whole buncha other people.
Run Time: 41:05

Don’t forget, if you want to hear some trivia such as the kind we were handing out at OVGE, listen to The Question Block.  You can also follow us on Twitter, join our Facebook group, subscribe to our YouTube channel and chat on our forums.

Nintendo Okie Podcast - Episode 120

E3 is over.  Thank goodness.  It seems like the show couldn’t have come at a worse time for any of us here at Nintendo Okie.  You may have noticed Tony was the only one posting things last week.  Poor guy had to do it all by himself.  But we all found the time to get caught up (or mostly caught up anyway) so we could record this E4 podcast.  Yeah that’s right E4!  Not only do we have the normal crew but we manage to get Gaz on the show as well as, friend of the show, Steve Conger from thegamesmen.com.  It’s a good show, folks.  Enjoy.

Episode 120
Hosts: Tony, Shelby, Micah, Shannon, Gaz, Steve
Run Time: 1:49:49

Be sure to head over to thegamesmen.com for more E3 podcasting goodness from Steve (@jsslifelike).  You should also be listening to The Question Block.  Good show that.  As I say every week, send your emails to podcast@nintendo-okie.com and we will read them on the air.  You can follow us on Twitter, join our Facebook group, subscribe to our YouTube channel and join our forum.  Now that E3 is over, let’s all take a nap.

Nintendo Okie Podcast - Episode 119

We’ve had some short shows over the last few weeks, so we make it up a little this week.  Tony, Shannon and I are joined by an old star of the podcast and the master Go Rounder, Will.  Not only that but Jesse Hardesty, the creator of the Oklahoma Video Game Exhibition, stops by to talk games and about the upcoming show.  We also talk a little E3 and the games we have been playing this week.  You can also look forward to a lot of P popping because I didn’t put my homemade pop screens on the mics.  Oops.

Episode 119
Hosts: Tony, Shelby, Shannon, Will, Jesse
Run Time: 2:12:22

If you want to know more about OVGE, you can head over to OVGE.com or check out the Facebook page.  If you want to get a hold of the OVGE staff you can email them, ovge@cox.net.  Likewise, if you want to talk to us you can send an email to podcast@nintendo-okie.com.  We have a Facebook page to look at too as well as a Twitter thingy.  You can head over to our forums and talk about stuff like I haven’t done it a loooooong time.  Or you can go to our YouTube channel and watch the Go Rounds like I was doing last night.  Don’t forget that season two of The Question Block is happening too.
